I bought the Nars All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation (it's a mouthful) a while back. Initially I found it hard to blend to make it look flawless. I found that it sunk into my dry patches and just looked blotchy. I did some research to see what others were using to apply the foundation. I've tried everything that you could possibly think of from brushes to sponges to my fingers. I didn't find anything to work to give me a flawless finish. So this foundation just sat in my drawer for a while until I saw Tanya Burr applying foundation with her Real Techniques 100 brush. I went online and did some research and saw that this was a powder brush and not a foundation brush, but since Tanya was using it as a foundation brush I decided I needed to get one and try it!
I can't be more pleased with using this brush to apply foundation. It gives me a great light and flawless finish! I take 2 pumps of the Nars foundation on the back of my hand and use the brush to apply my foundation. I've found this brush to give a really light and airy finish to any of the foundations I've used with this brush. I also love using the tip of the brush to stipple on some extra foundation or concealer to hide any little spots I want covered. If you feel that your Nars foundation is looking blotchy go and try this brush with your foundation! I honestly think this brush works great with any foundation you have.
